I just wanted to thank you, Clif, for all the work you did putting out these videos. I learned everything from Liberty to Dark Hollow to Goin Down The Road Feeling Bad. I thank you so much. You're the best. I sent you a message on Facebook asking you if you did Skype lessons, but you never saw it. I'm looking for someone to teach me Dead songs. I want to learn the fast version of They Love Each Other, When Push Comes to Shove, etc. Songs you don't normally see people teaching. I'm willing to pay $50 a song. If you're interested or you know anyone interested, please let me know. Again, thank you for all these videos. I learned so much from you, and I'm so grateful.
Will do! My approach keeps getting more and more air it, in my band I am seeing that the swing comes from each part not eating too much of the overall bandwidth...
Cliff my favorite! The bridge on my 1989 ovation blew off after you taught me to play this song! No joke. My first guitar. Was a sad moment, but she might be maybe somehow repaird!
yeah, I keep meaning to! Our band has been playing out a lot and after each show there is 30GB of audio and 60GB of video to work. with and time slips away!
@@vedantus no sweat man, playing in a band is way more fun and important. I hope to be in a Dead band someday but it’s just so hard to find people who not only play the proper instruments, but also play the Dead
@@vedantus by the way, I’d love to see a video on the parts of dark Star. Not necessarily licks for the jam, just the basic structure. I’ve always had a hard time with that one and there aren’t many videos covering it properly
@@jordanrobinson8030 Right you are... since I've had Sirius radio in the car I have been exposed to a lot more 68 69 shows than I normally seek out and was listening to , maybe Hollywood Bowl?, and was thinking how on the one hand they are all different, but on the other hand they have a very tight structure of maybe 8-10 sections that are always in the grab bag...
As Always, great lesson. Love your Dead lessons. I’ll keep asking for an acoustic estimated prophet , though. Greedy I am. Love to hear your rendition. Thanks again.
Been obsessed with your videos for a while and have learned so much. Any way you’d be willing to do a video on jack-a-roe or mission in the rain? Would mean a lot

Something should shatter or melt every time you play.
Great to see you posting again!
