Pacquiao is my favorite current fighter but I wouldn't say he has the best footwork. It is tough to quantify. He sometimes gets his balance off or lands in a bad position because he guns it so quick. But at this stage of his career he had the FASTEST feet by far and it was absolutely elite and top 5 footwork for sure. His feet still make solid fighters like Bradley and Vargas look like amateurs. His calves are enormous too!

Not even Canelo could drop or seriously rock Mosley and Pacquiao almost took him out there in round 3. On the flipside Floyd almost got knocked out by Mosley in the same round. This was the Pacman that Floyd waited to see slow down and even waited years after Marquez took Pac's head off. Floyd won the fight clean against Pacman but in utterly unimpressive fashion; THIS was the Pacquiao he should have fought if he wanted to call himself the best. But nope he waited almost 5 years

agreed this was Pacquiao's last fight in his prime. even his next fight you could see his speed starting to slow down a bit and his work rate going down. although he's become better defensively since then as well. his ability to block punches and stay out of harms way really has improved since the Marquez KO. he's not the same physical marvel he once was but his boxing has actually become more refined. he's a hell of a boxer
