I hate how either Steve lacks braincells or Just never pays attention. But Scott buttoning right after he tried killing hafu 100x should have been clear shit.
Steve not guessing Scott absolutely triggers me, lol. It's part of the fun watching this lobby though: They're so laid back and just don't bother to tryhard, which always results in random chaos.
And after Steve was mashing kill, as soon as the body was reported Scott immediately started saying "Hafu..." like I INSTANTLY knew he was medic. Thought to myself "that was not subtle at all Scott, cmon" but then Steve somehow messes up the guess still 😭
I'm a little surprised Janet didn't go for it, but Steve just looks like he bluescreens any time a meeting gets started and it's one of the most annoying things about this lobby

Absolutely baffling how Smajor reveals as Medic almost immediately and lives all the way to the end.
Not only did Scott button and ask “Hafu?” right after Steve tried to kill her. Hafu called out Aipha for venting in front of everyone but said he could be engineer. Steve moment.

Scott got half of that win. His shielding hafu is pretty much what steered the game in the direction it ultimately went.

I don't see why it's obvious since he could easily have been engineer venting in front of everyone as engineers sometimes do. Especially when it comes to the the....not so serious players.
@@pdpgb Yeah, but Junk can't act. They could just hear Jester in his voice. Steve and DK couldn't, but they're dumb and dumber, they don't pay attention in meetings.

The people who get weirdly toxic in the comments are baffling to me. They're all friends! And they like each other! Like, everyone knows that DK likes to be toxic as a goof, and they'd know that if they watch any of the other streamers who regularly laugh about it and then immediately on game mute talk about how much they love DK.

Some of ya’ll are way too comfortable calling someone with ADD/ADHD stupid over a video game. Steve has not taken this game seriously since the original lobbies ended and if you don’t get that by now maybe it’s you that needs to work on your deduction skills.
It’s crazy cause as soon as Scott said Hafu in that meeting his chat was full of backseaters and people spoiling and if Steve saw any of those messages (he does read chat btw) and then guessed it would be considered cheating… just like so many on this page accused Gumi of when she was playing.

Janet could have totally tied the vote had she voted junk and not guessed his role as Jester. Then called sabo, she would have tried killing Hafu and realized she's med sheilded and then she could have guessed Smajor as medic. Votes would still be tied cause she then could have skipped, and then sabo'ed and won it. But that's not really how she plays and I would normally say hindsight is 20/20 but she obv knew that Junk was Jester.
That doesn't work, because Janet would die if she tried to kill Hafu as Hafu is pestilence and would instakill anyone who tries to interact with her.

People are so shocked Steve didn’t guess medic but he unfortunately just doesn’t care for the game. He mostly plays it because it’s what we want and not what he wants. Of course he’s not going to give it his all, and of course among us followers are going to flip their lid over it because they want to see people actually try and play the game. Steve should probably play less among us due to this issue but that would lead to people upset he’s not playing among us.
If we're being 100% honest, "Among Us" is a safety net for them because a lot of people know them from this game and for whatever reason, the Morning Lobby seems to think they HAVE to only come together for this singular game. That said, a lot of these streamers' twitch regulars (non-among us fans) also don't care that much about the game and care more about the group/the nostalgia.
But also, Steve is back on his "variety" kick, which means he's going to be playing Uno/Among Us a lot because it seems to be the only "variety" he knows, lol.
@@cajah88 It's frustrating because after the morning lobby stopped for like a year, they had a short bit of collabs and then stopped entirely. It was only Steve and DD's group (Janet, Ellum, Gumi, Baycon, Koji, and 5up when he was around) that would even game together or set up lobbies. I'm not asking for weekly lobbies, but I wish they would collab every once in a while outside of among us.
@@Croutonicknight I agree. I remember commenting around that time that it felt like the Morning Lobby split into distinct groups: The Steve group, the Hafu group (because she was playing a LOT of Valo at the time), and the group that showed up every once-in-a-while/stopped streaming (Kimi).
It's kinda interesting that the people who used to make all the lobbies back then all kinda stopped doing them as much (5up, Gumi, Steve, Hafu). The various lobby makers never really got the appreciation they deserved.
@@cajah88yup same for DD when he was running variety lobbies with PW/FCT/Clue etc. Once every lobby leader kinda got tired of it those lobbies died. Now they just play among us and uno every once in a while
@@Croutonicknight Yeah. Personally, I've had all I can take of Uno, so I usually avoid those streams. Uno, to me, is a game that's fun to play, not to watch, but there's also a lack of variety when it comes to those lobbies because it's usually always the same people doing the same bits making the same jokes, so if you've seen one lobby, you've pretty much experienced all there is to it.
If they'd at least switch up the roster, I'd be more open to it, at least, but it is what it is. :P

Some of the comments here reminded me that this particular lobby was a good reminder of how annoying and very off-putting Among Us chat can be. I don't know if it was because a lot of DD's viewers migrated to the others for the day but there was a rise in backseaters, mean spirited comments, and viewers taking the game way too seriously.
I don't why you would say this about DD chat in particular, I feel like he has one of the least toxic chats despite being pretty big. When people get too mad, mods immediately tell chat to calm down. I'm guessing chat was extra toxic because there was a lot of throwing going on, which isn't a big deal but is the end of the world for chat.
@@Croutonicknight Because DD wasn't there and a lot of them announced that they came from his chat/usually watch him, and his AU-exclusive chat CAN be overly harsh, much like 5up's AU-chat.
Also, it was only like a week or so ago that the youtube side of his live chat decided to spend a lot of time talking about Gumi rumors for some reason, so, you know...
@@Croutonicknightnah. dumbdog’s chat is toxic especially to steve during among us and is very backseat/spoiler heavy. no one should be calling someone else stupid over among us or any game. dd is friends with steve and others in the lobby so they can banter but chat should never act like that towards other streamers dd is playing with. it’s just rude.
it was 100% the spread of dd’s chat causing some of the issues in steve’s chat (and maybe others i haven’t checked) dd doesn’t read chat during among us (and most group games i think) so his chat just back seats / spoils constantly.
