If you want to try a good Shawarma place, try UK Shawarma in West Bromwich near Birmingham. They do a "Family Mix Grill" for £25. In that you get:
Lamb Kofta Kebab
Chicken Kofta Kebab
Lamb Tikka
Chicken Tikka
Lamb Shawarma
Chicken Shawarma
Lamb Chops
Grilled Chicken Wings
Served with rice and salad all for £25!!!!

Desi Cafe in Sheffield is the stand out place. It has the best desi breakfast I've had in England. If you do get a chance, check it out!
