I’m speechless at how gorgeous this is! I could stand there and stare awkwardly at your window for a while! That Anthurium….WOW Kevin! That right there would be a dream to have plants displayed like yours! I use a mixture of Sansi clip on lights, Sansi pucks on shelves and Barrina T5 strips in my Rudsta cabinet and on a plant shelf in my room. I purchased some cheap strip lights off Amazon a while back, maybe 2021, and they are still working well. (full spectrum)
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed the plant display. It sounds like you have a great setup going too-those lights are fantastic for keeping plants happy!
@@PlantswithKevin I love the look of the crates you are using! I found a few vintage crates at a flea market that I’m planning on using. I purchased some at ikea and I stained them to blend in better with my dark floors. I saw how you used them at your previous place.
Super cheap grow light strips under $25. Plus, it doesn't need to be rare and expensive plants, you can fill your home with beautiful more affordable plants. In fact, 80% of the plants featured in my display likely came from a grocery store for under $10 lol. :-)
Most of my plants were $20 or less, many were free, as were some of my grow lights, shelves, and fans. My most expensive plant was $35, and I have almost 200 of them. The most I've spent on this hobby was around $130 for a humidifier that I needed anyways for the upper respiratory issues I develop during winter. You can definitely get these lush results on a shoestring budget!
