I drove in Grimsel back in September 2019 in the rain and low cloud🌧️. Then went onto the Furka Pass and it was glorious sunshine🌞. That's the Alps for you. Another epic video Luke as always. Oh I also drove the St Gottard Pass (the new bit through the tunnels) and ended up having a cup of tea and a Hot Dog at the cafe that overlooks Airolo... Highly recommended for a coffee☕ stop on one of your next drive videos. Cheers Si👍

Before moving to the US at the beginning of the year for work, I used to travel to the Alps at least 4 times a year. There is nothing like that here. Amazing. And as usual, amazing photography.

I have a 991.2 GT3 and just can’t fault it, stunning. Couldn’t get an allocation for a 992 gt3 but could care a less to be honest and use more on road as well as an occasional track day so a 991.2 may be best anyhow

I passed my 50is and bought a 996.2 GT3. Easy fast enough for open roads and the engine is just a dream, the steering so crisp, the experience from another world. By the way it is much less expensive…
@@moritz460able I’m an engineer at a big tech company, nothing super fancy. Was lots of long hours for a few years to put myself in a position to enjoy some of my hobbies. I just say that do something you are really good at and at some point someone will pay you. And hone that skill/craft. Best of luck mate!

WE have mountains in Canada like the Swiss Alps but we do not have those wicked mountain pass roads above the alpine.
Alps are great for this car, but maybe the Monaco canyons would be even better, as for the weather! Anyways, superb video Luke, keep it up and you'll have yours sooner than you think:)

As the owner of 911.2, I cannot wait to try a 992. But I wonder if being better makes it more fun. They’re such precise tools anyway which sometimes makes them less fun compared with say a M or AMG.

I just love what Porsche'A has come 2 all theese years!!$ I used 2 draw them back in the 80's off Detroit Auto Show brochures and sell my prints when they actually had more options of bodystyles not sure what happend 2 the 928 S4 turbo or the 959 turbo but we need more options Porsche'A.
