Beautiful cake...i also tried 2:1 ratio ganache... But it was so hard in this winter season.. Was not able to spread properly on the cake.. Felt too disappointed... Can i use 1:1 ratio ganache?
@@sm7488 2:1 is the perfect ratio for ganache…the ganache will get hard as it sets or when kept in the fridge…you just need to warm it a little for the perfect consistency
