Good presentation dear. In builder floors mostly property dealers have become builders. They are unprofessional and don't have good knowledge. They compromise on quality specially in finishing works. Use local brands.

Sir society mai Low rise builder floor ka mentinens cost lumsum kitna aata hoga.
