I’m like five seconds into an edit about a character I clearly know already, and I feel very uneasy and on edge. The whole thing is like that. It’s almost an AU horror edit, and I’m vibing with this so much. Like I’m sorry you didn’t get to use Hiccup, especially since there isn’t a Hiccup entry now anyway, but I’m also really glad you had to use Drago because I love this. It’s so inspiring and makes me want to try something real dark like this sometime. When it got quiet at 0:43 I felt like I was gonna get jump scared tbh because so much tension was building. Your quotes are so well-used and well-balanced with the music. I only wish I could do that. Like even layering dragon noises and him screaming over his own voiceover. So deep. The buildup at 1:20 is so good. I’m SCARED. I KNOW WHAT HAPPENS AND I’M SCARED. The abrupt cut at 1:42, I wish I could just like screenshot my face cuz it was like: D8 But bigger eyes that that hahaha! And the cut at the end! It’s SO GOOD. Literally SO GOOD. I applaud you for creating this because I love it.

Out of all the movies, I think the second raised the bar for sequel movies really high, I still love the third film, but I think it was just missing something. Grimmel was a weird villain he was basically a Viggo wanna be, I can see where Dreamworks was wanting to go, but if you had someone like Drago who basically threatened Berk’s way of life and then go to someone like Grimmel than it just didn't make sense. I still think DreamWorks did a great job of the third film and everything in it, there was just something missing for it that didn't give the butterflies feeling.
Grimmel should've been the villain in #2, while Drago should've been the villain in Hidden World. Just imagine Drago entering the hidden world with his Bewilderbeast and trying to conquer it all.
@@unclebozo9845 I think there was a plan that got scrapped. Grimmel, or maybe some other would be the main villain for 2, while drago would only be mentioned. Drago would be the main for 3.

I think Drago is the secondary antagonist of the franchise, alongside Trader Johann. The Red Death is the main antagonist because it caused the 300 year war and caused Drago to become a villain in the first place.
No, Drago bludvist is a purely evil and black hearted baddie with no conscience. A man with a tortured and tragic upbringing who became a madman impossible to reason with. His goal is to conquer the world around him, not make it a better place for mankind. If he would be an anti-villain like thanos from the mcu who was bent on committing atrocities and wrongdoings for the sake of a grand goal to bring stability to the universe since mankind as a whole is destructive towards nature as he is when trying to achieve this objective. His ends sort of justified his means but to others it created a moral dilemma that put him on the grey zone and it made us sympathise with the character given his tragic backstory. Bludvist however just to enslave dragons (the very things that killed his family) to conquer the world he lives in and kill those who stop him. His goal to “liberate the human race from dragons” is just a lie fabricated by him to bait others into him or killing them if they refuse. His true objective has little to no connection with his backstory which makes him one-dimensional. So no, his ends do not justify his means which absolutely disqualify him a villain like Thanos who is far better written and complex. Long story short, Thanos may be ruthless just like Drago but at least he is truly fighting for something he believes as good whereas Drago is a selfish tyrant who is just out for himself and is willing to deceive others just to enslave them, destroy anything to his town amusement and kill those who refuse to serve him.
@@gone4897 No because he is no Thanos, he hasn’t got a strong motivation and he only uses one ultimate weapon, the bewilderbeast and nothing else outside of that. Also the sound affects of him are so recycled. Once he gets hit u hear the same overreacting sounds of him. He is like Kai from KFP3 only using all the power a character Can gain but no character of himself. Lord Shen is much better than Drago. So is Grimmel
