Wow, Gurney is the one of the most arrogant and unlikeable players out there. Unsportsmanlike behavior through the whole match (taking him like 30 seconds to get the darts out of the board after missing those matchdarts) and acting like he hit a 9-darter after every leg he has won.
I never watch a match he plays in, he comes across as a right kn0b head.

I don’t see the problem, if he doesn’t like the tournament. Why not say so, that’s freedom of speech. And they are ranked on prizemoney, so he would be crazy to forfait because he doesn’t like it. He starts in the second round,so even a loss is money for the ranking.

I can understand his point. It’s only available to the 24 players which is a weird number.
It’s not really fair on the players in lower rankings
They should have the top 16 automatically in and 16 qualifiers get through to play against them
Don't think they need to extend the field to 32 players tbh, but maybe 8 qualifiers would do. Than it could also be a ranking event. To me 24 players makes sense, kinda the same at the worlds with 96 players.

Did his own Jose de Sousa right beforehand. He needed to hit a single 5 to leave double 4 and he miscounted and left himself that blasted double 3. Trouble all of his own making on that one.
Chill out on the switching cameras. Cullen game I was starting to feel dizzy. Just stick to the split screen for most the play time 👍

Personally, I find weird throws that still lead to something productive really attractive. Same with Rob Cross. Its kinda satisfying to see them hit the targets

@@Introgamer14tbf cross has a pretty normal throw he just holds his arm out after the follow through. Chizzys throw is like when you see someone throw a dart for the first time, proper shoulder jerk. Same way my lass throws but she usually hits the wall 😂

My kids have been watching & asked the questions, they've certainly got me thinking that darts must be the sport of the highest number of tattooed participants?
Cullen as got one of the best throws in the game it's so natural. Pity he out to a bad sports man but I could watch that throw all the time.
I agree its a nice watch, however there are elements to it which lend themselves to it failing him in the pressure moments. That Double 14 today and those misses against Humphries are killing him.

What a stupid, stupid game!!! It's like celebrating carnival in a pub, with some pocket 'Robin Hood's' in eye cancer producing shirts, throwin these minimized arrows on a board with irritating numbers...but i really like it and enjoy every second of this absolute waste of time...
GO on CHIZZY lad your bringing the 🏆🏠. Come on my son. If anyone deserves a big title i think chizzy gotta be up there and not necessarily this one if you listen to Peter Wright.
If Bunting keeps playing like he did yesterday and today, I can see him getting a title at some point. Just needs to stay consistent.
