I actually agree with Jason about not decorating the new room. Having just a pencil tree is a perfect compliment to the other parts of the house.

My goodness this couldn't be any more beautiful! I could re-watch this over and over. I am currently living with my mother who has dementia and it really makes me miss being at home with my family and decorating. Your talent for decorating is something else.

I love you and Jason. I’m 78 and I still love to decorate my home.
How beautiful and peaceful!! My daughter’s birthday is tomorrow, so I just about never decorate before Thanksgiving. The phrase that keeps coming to my mind this year is “Quieting Christmas”. Less about the world and material goods, all about Christ and family. I am so glad you did not go purchase a bunch of new decor. I am not spending on new decor this year either (the one exception is some velvet ribbon I couldn’t find when when I wanted it last year). Christmas Blessings to you and your family ❤!

The opening with the drone was awesome 🤩…you did a fabulous job and I love the “deers” you have sprinkled throughout your decor. I literally laughed out loud at the picture of “Buzz’s girlfriend and the quote, as my 5 year old grandson and I just watched Home Alone for his first time and he can’t stop saying/ writing that line😆.. I love the cool colors and metallics used. The house felt restful yet undeniably festive. And you can never go wrong with artistic reindeer. When the time to pack up all the decor comes, Jason's advice on limiting decor to one tree in the new addition will be proven quite helpful.
