Yes I faced the same issue with the premolar with periapical granuloma BMP done but ledge done and followed by pain with 6 hours interval later on got the tooth extracted. But I found out with the help of this video what could be done and even contacted a Endodontist regarding this he said the same. 🙂
I prepared upto s2 in curved canal but f1 doesn't reach working length.. Initially i prepared uptp 20k file then i prepared with protaper but at the end only s2 and iso 20k file reach the apex.. Can i use 20 k as master file and use accessory gp till canal is compacted properly?
