      In 3:45 u give some heat, u r a part of surrounding, system split it in two parts,one part is internal energy and other part will do work so w.d by system less than w.d on system(surrounding)

    Sir aap work done ke area under curve le rhe hain tu area under P1V1 to P2V2 lena chahiye na aap to seedha area under P1V1 se leke area under pressure= 0 and V2 le rhe hain...? Why?

    Sir , according to Boyle's law volume is inversely proportional to pressure but when the temperature is constant but here we are giving heat to the system so , the temperature of the system changes ....so what is the law u r applying

      1st law
      Inverse relationship always exist between volume Nd temperature but yes it depends on situation that u mentioned.if temperature is constant inverse relationship explicitly exist between p and v Nd if T is not constant implicit inverse relationship exists between p and v.

      dono work yani system se or system pe work ak sath hohi nhi sakata kon work kar raha he ye volume bada he ya gta he isase pata chalega or jo volume bde or gate bhi to zab volume bad raha he tab system or zab gat raha he tab syatem pe work kiya za raha hoga.

    One question: how do you know that when surrounding is working on the piston then work done is less than that of when piston works on surrounding??

    Sir app ne quasistatic process ka jikkr starting me kiya but jab figure ban gya to quasistatic ko samjhaya nhi, aap ne figure se bataya ki workdone hota hai matlb quasistatic me workdone milta hai

      net workdone zero nahi hoga kyuki hum sirf pressure ko constant mankar volume ka small change consider kar rahe hai...aur phir volume ke respect me integration karke workdone nikal rahe hai.
