I have the 6s +, and I can not understand why the led light is on the back of it . For me this one doesn’t empty me as well as my spectra I may need to play with it a little more.

I haven't pumped in about a week or so. My flow is fine. I just cant get my nipples to latch like they use to. I'm trying to figure out if it's me or so I need to find that small piece that latches to the bottle in order for it to fully work.

What do the different levels mean? How do i tell i need to go higher?

Cycle is how fast of slow the pump is going, vacuum is how strong the pump is pulling…you should use your comfort level and milk output. Happy to assist with a personalized plan in a consult at link below.
