This double garage is what a standard garage should be. Houses in the US and Canada have large garages. What we get offered in the UK can’t even take a modern car. It’s just used as a storage room.
@@aliceguedes612 I mean it depends. Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa are smilier to America as they have American styled suburbs and city planning and can accomodate bigger cars. I don't mind the style but would rather have slightly bigger double rooms as seems a bit small for 850K even where it is as one would expect slightly larger home outside of London. I would have made the office downstairs as well. Great presentation well done :)
Thanks very much everyone at LHS. You are true treasures. Truly appreciative of you all for ALWAYS showing new developments & brand new homes. Loads of love to you all. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
offering stunning views of newly built luxury homes. With its elegant design and modern features, such as ample space and luxurious furnishings, the home is truly eye-catching. It provides great inspiration for anyone interested in luxurious interior design and the beauty of modern architecture.
A very affordable home considering the market in the UK, definitely a interesting layout, decor is pleasant and it’s a very spacious accommodation, great showing Hannah 👍
You should see what £850k buys near me. You'd own a whole row of houses, or a massive country cottage with multiple acres of land. 😂 Takes 90 minutes to get to London. Not that I'd want to go there...
Video tours of cookie cutter homes can be dull, however Hannah made this one enjoyable to virtually tour. Well articulated and enthusiastic presenter. She should do car reviews.
I would buy it but if it was I like 25 min to London, 45 min is a bit too far . Add a bit here and there and you’re looking at a 1.5 hour commute door to door . The total door to door commute has to be maximum one hour or marginally over. Nice product though , although the ceiling height is a bit low for me personally. I would need a minimum of 2.7 M .
Basically a nice house, but what puts me off is it's built by a National House builder - so lacks any individual feel. At the price point in the area it's in for me I'd rather spend the money on something more individual. It's a personal opinion of course......
Perfect for a struggling first time buyer, remember he only needs to skip eating out, cancelling Netflix and amazon prime and you can also enjoy a home like this😂
I wouldn’t pay 850k for that even if I was a multi millionaire. I’ll get way better for that sort of money, plus a much bigger kitchen and bathroom - I’ll get bigger rooms too. Also I wouldn’t want a construction site/area behind my house.
Redrow do great room layouts and quality, but unfortunately most estates lack decent gardens for the cost you pay for the house and lack parking, so estates end up cramped. One thing I will say, whilst utility room is nice to have, that is the same size as mine on a Cambridge, for 300k more I would expect the utility to be double size. Trouble we have is no room to hang anything up in there.
Even worse that’s a show home with all the stops pulled out the reality of what you get for 850k is not even close to that luxury basically a white box with a tiny garden and a load of snagging problems
@@russnunn2456 someone in my family owns one of these. They are far from a "box", the house is huge. And the garden is very large as well. I think you could consider this a luxury home when you consider the standard of most people's house.

1 minute 56 seconds!! That down stairs toilet has absolutely sent my OCD off the scale! Who made that decision?!?!
Worst decision I have seen. Given the property price, the extra cost needed for a centrally situated toilet should have been undertaken.
Maybe in a odd way they planned for space for a bin / toilet roll basket?
But, yes. This toilet should come with trigger warnings
@osazuwaosayi218 At least common sence and good taste, which were not involved in the design 🤔
