i have a canon sl2 for some reason i cant to get the camera to turn on i tried swap 3 different batteries i have remove the memory card swap lenses but cant get the camera to turn on
You probably had a corrupt card. This can happen when you leave your card in your computer when turning it off. Put your card back into your computer. Download everything on it. Put the enpty card back into your camera and it should work as normal.

i have the same camera and the creen will only come on when in video mode. i followed those instructions but it doesnt work.
