Step one 1.have 3c hair or 3a

You can have type 4 hair to get curly hair since it’s the curliest hair type

@@kahlilingraham5074 correction it’s called coils and it’s way harder to define 4c then 3a 3b or 3c bc the curls are way tighter and also more likely is a Afro which in society is looked down upon or not seen as stylish exceptions unless it’s a big Afro so no 3s hair type can’t be a video type 4 c or b women fiollow and the black community never asked for curly loose hair types let’s not act like Hairism don’t exist bc it’s always the light skinned with loose curls and get millions of views but if it’s a dark skinned with 4c it’s different views and different type of treatment can’t be washed and left in a Afro why can’t we have our hair do what it does naturally?

@cutekittycat521 Common misconception. You can achieve this look with 4a, 4b, and 4c hair. I do it all the time. And I use the same product. It’s about technique not about texture. Please don’t make it about that. And perhaps finding someone with your hair texture and seeing how the achieve their results would be helpful. Times have definitely changed. We don’t buy into that idea anymore that 4c is not socially accepted. Didn’t you watch Insecure? lol Issa Rae been changed that. Herself and others have made 4c hair elegant and stylish. So let’s stop pushing that narrative. Ima proud 4b 4c girly and I get this same look all the time.
