This is one of the best performance I've ever seen. The athlete is very smooth and graceful, looks powerful, and physically proportionate. Some people look too tall and lanky, others don't seem to be very convincing in the explosive portion. Her silk reeling is very convincing; it looks like she can generate power. She seems to have the entire package including the music selection. Her timing in the explosive portion is perfect with the music too.
