"Chansi" as not just fancy twisting movements, but as connection between opposites - between top and bottom, left and right, yin and yang while twisting and turning. Namely this makes the peformance smooth and beautiful not just from the point of view of external appearance, but due to the whole body-mind work.
You are right in what you say... internal and external whole body balance, I like her movement, she uses her 3 jins very well, in her fajin , good connection, and her dantien getting stronger. But my reason for saying about her smooth and beautiful movement, is due to a warm and happy inside feeling flowing in the heart and a calm mind ❤
