That's the question isn't it!? No one is talking about this at all. It's absolutely ridiculous. There is no VIABLE solution on a big scale outside of Nuclear Energy, which for whatever reason, demorats absolutely hate.
How are we gonna build batteries? How are we gonna build computers? How are we gonna power all the tools we use in every day life? All our military vehicles would have to be replaced. All our ships, submarines, airplanes, subways, trains would have to be replaced. To replace all that with electric and clean energy stuff would literally cost more emissions and carbon footprint than our entire world's history. And that's JUST AMERICA!

For what it's worth, Andrew Yang is all about moving nuclear energy forward. Thorium and molten salt reactors are the future, and he is actively trying to de-stigmatize nuclear power within the Democratic Party. I think he deserves credit for that.

You guys need to get someone on your show who is involved in researching animal agriculture because the public perception is so far off and because of the mainstream media climate change is almost synonymous with animal agriculture. Animal agriculture is responsible for only 4% of US anthropogenic GHG emissions whereas plant agriculture is responsible for 5%. There is lot to this story especially when you start looking at how much more land is available for grazing than available land that could be used for growing human edible crops. Look into some of the work by Dr. Frank Mitloehner, he has been one of the few voices in the media spreading accurate information on the topic of animal agriculture. I think this is something that people on all sides of the spectrum need more information on.

I'm a born again Christian, and have been for a long time. I was also raised to be a Democrat. I have voted Democrat every from the time I turned 18, until this last election. I've always had an open mind about most things, and believed in personal choice. I believe that the choices we make in this life is between ourself and God. I believe that each one of us will have to give an accounting of everything we have done, while we were on earth. My eyes have started opening, lately, to the agenda of so many in the Democratic Party. They are not the same as they were when I started voting. I'm actually ashamed od so many people that are running for office that claim to be Democrat. I do have more conserve leanings than I used to when I was younger. I cannot say that I agree with everything President Trump has done while in office, but there are many things that I do agree with. I do believe that whoever holds the office of President of the United States, should be respected while he is in office. That's the way it used to be, it sure is not that way these days. I believe that all members of the House and Senate should compromise and work together for the betterment of the American people. They shouldn't fight among exact other and hold out, simply because they don't like each other. Both political parties are at fault in that issue. I also believe that I league immigration should be stopped. If an illegal is caught trying to enter this country or caught already here, they should be deported. I also believe in religious freedom. That is one of the big beliefs this country was founded on! I also belive that only natural born citizens should be able to hold a high ranking public office. To the best of my knowledge, other countries will not let a foreigner hold a high ranking office in their politics. I also believe that a person that owns a business should be allowed to deny service to whom ever they choose, if the service goes against their religious beliefs. No one should be forced by anyone to decorate a cake, if in doing so goes against their beliefs. It is awful that whoever it was, has went back to that same store to try and force them to bake a cake for them. They lost their first case, now they are trying to bully and harass to get their way. It's things like that, that sickens me! What I find hard to understand is, those people want the freedom of choice. Unless that freedom of choice goes against what they choose to believe. They need to realize, you can't have it both ways!!! Simply go to another cake shop and have your little cake made there..... But that would be too easy. I will be the first one to say that I don't know what the answer is, but I do know that if we continue the way we are going, it will not be found....... 🙏🙏🙏

They do realize solar and wind power use more land than coal, natural gas, and fracking. Plus you still need to produce the steel for for wind turbines and plates for the batteries of solar power. Can’t do that efficiently with wind or solar.

Yangs carbon tax is not banning carbon. His policy states that we will tax these companies and the money will go back into the hands of the American people. His policy is a near exact copy of the one proposed by the CONSERVATIVE Climate Leadership Council. Which is lead by Conservative CEO's, Entrepreneurs, and many alike. Also, a cap and trade idea for emissions was brought fourth by C. Boyden Gray a Lawyer in the Reagan Administration. I don't know maybe it is not such a radical idea....

All these Democrats being stanch anti-shale will cost them Pennsylvania. Shale is recovering PA's economy from the 70's. The economic boom has reconstructed roads and buildings all across the western side of the state. The Fracking companies are being taxed which is going to repairing bridges and schools. Oil and natural gas are at a low for not only PA, but also the eastern seaboard. If you go to Susquehanna PA, you can get gas for $1.60 (Last time I was there, about 2 months ago). That includes the state's 77 cent carbon tax. I get that we need to move away from fossil fuels (Eventually we will of course run out of them), but these drastic changes instead of slow implementation will not only destroy the progress Pennsylvania has made, but also with the rest of the nation. I would be surprised if anyone in PA outside of Philly actually votes for any Democrat in 2020.
