Mine kept having electrical issues until I did a hard reset (remove batteries and cross terminals for 30s) and replaced the batteries with brand new, fully charged ones. They just seem very susceptible to low voltage issues. If that doesn't work you might need to chase it with a multimeter and wiring diagram (I wonder if the lights and windows share a common ground?)
@@thomas316 thanks for your response...it probably does have something to do with the batterys, I just hope it didn't cause any damage...I'm hoping to dust it off soon and play with it...someone had told me it was one of the circuit boards under the hood...I haven't driven it in years, so its probably going to need all kinds of work now
