That was a Great Tour, best one Ive done so far, You forgot it was also my 1st time abroad on the bike as well 😂
Really enjoyed the series. Chatting to Davros sounds like a great time was had by all. Happy and safe riding in 2023 guys.

We stayed at Normandy Beach Hotel, its 100 yards from the beach and run by Adrian and Carole, its especialy for bikers, car groups etc, Adrian is heavily involved with all the monuments and museum and has massive knowledge of everything to do with the D Day invasion, rooms are really comfortable with lean to parking for bikes, I can recommend them as a good base for seeing the sights as they are central, plus just ask Adrian and he can give all the information you need for a fantastic stay, I've stayed there twice now with great welcome from both Adrian and Carole, Arromanches is a good central base.

Brilliant tour guys and thanks Craig for some excellent videos. Ten years ago I did a battlefield tour (Ypres, Tynecot etc) with Teesside Bikers on my R1. I think if I did it now on my S1000RR, I wouldn’t be able to walk for a fortnight 😂😂

There are a lot of routes you did on this one that I did last year. It brings back memories you had the same weather I did. You've done everyone proud well done, if I can criticise!! Can you leave the singing to the likes of richy vida 😆. I'm going to Italy this year in June before I get married in October. I don't know what's going to happen after then. Great tour Craig, 6 of did a similar one in April 22 for a week also,the only thing that we need to go back for is Oradour never did that and it looks a bit special ❤️🩹,ride safe 🏴
It was nice to wake up on my birthday to another great episode in the series, but I'll remember this one as it was the end of your fantastic tour. (Hopefully you've filmed the journey home)
They've all been so good so far and like always I'm sad when they come to a conclusion, but no negativity from me today, I'm just enjoying your content 🙂.

One thing I didn't know till preparing for riding in France in Sept 22, you now have to be wearing gloves, by law, when on a motorbike. I saw a few riding without, I know I would have been tempted too. I think its an on the spot fine of 70 euros
Yes that is correct, regardless how hot it is I would never ride without gloves. The other guys did on occasion. Regardless of fine it is not a good idea.
@@Motourev I always believe in personal choice, I rode gloveless all the time in Thailand, but then again I was in shorts all the time and it was only a scooter. You make your choices, you the face the consequences.
