The story gets a lot darker by chapter 20 or so. The story starts a little slow with Ko and Nazuna getting to know each other. But then things get more serious when other vampires get involved. Nazuna is a lot more chill than the others of her kind.
Yeah, I lived for 3 years in Okinawa Japan. One, YES...they sell beer in vending machines, at least they did from 2000-2003. Having been out and about at all hours of the night and early morning there I was kinda put off about how few people are out and about in this anime during the night hours. In Okinawa there was a fairly active night-life and consistent traffic on the main roads too. Maybe on the mainland and in other parts of cities of Japan there's fewer people out and about. I gotta remember too that my experience with Japan is kinda dated...sux getting old. I like the anime as well, which is surprising after I didn't really think I'd like it. Good content here...glad I tuned in.
Read the manga so basically she was born a vampire meaning she stopped aging probably in her mid to late teens and from my understanding she was in a coma like state because she only been awake and or have’s memories going back 14 years when one of the vampire found her they even said that she was just sleeping for all that time so she is technically more than likely his age mentally and physically but she been alive for 40 years I see people be uncomfortable with their friendship/relationship but knowing what I know now it’s not that bad when u have all the information
As a manga reader (and a fellow night owl), I really like the overall light-hearted and free-spirited vibe of this series with some mysteries in it, and I've been loving the artworks of the anime so far, the way they portrayed the night is so pretty. Although the first 2-3 episodes probably gonna feel kinda slow, but when the story finally take off it's gonna get interesting.
This story is really good, I have read the Manga and it starts a bit slow for the first few chapters as it introduces characters and builds ko and nazunas relationship but basically the entire way through the series it gets better every chapter. Ko is also an amazing mc and imo one of the best new gen mcs. Hope to see you keep reacting to this
If you're looking for more things to watch while we wait for fall, it is my sworn duty to recommend *Birdie Wing: Golf Girls' Story.* It is a candidate for dark horse sleeper hit of bonkers anime madness of the year. It is a show about golf. That is all I am willing to spoil. Also, looking forward to more of this series! Hope it continues to be interesting.
Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou hole class gets Isekaid MC power is gearating and he gets sseperated from group in dungeon falls deep in to lower lvls, its like he fell in to horror movie, he got hes arm torn off and eaten but he survives and crawls out 10 times stronger then rest cause others progressed much slower cause the sh he had to endure and do to survive, first he is scared but soon hes mentality changes and he says i get out and find a way home i don't care nothing about saving this world and i will kill any1 who stands in my way (went in wimpy soy MC with brave heart and came out as anti-hero)
To see one of my fav manga getting animated is exciting

All I knew going into it was it's by the Dagashi Kashi author and it's being directed by the guy who did most of the non-movie Monogatari entries.
