Due to ill health, especially over the last four years, I now struggle with extremes of temperature throughout the seasons. I'm not good with Summer's extreme heat and even worse with Winter's biting cold. So much so, I've once again returned to looking at Equinoxes and Solstices. Drawing a line on my Google calendar from the Winter Solstice to the Spring Equinox so I can see daily how much of the Winter I have to get through (unfortunately endure) so I can be out in nature again, specifically in Symonds Yat with the beautiful Peregrines again! I wished I could hibernate! I searched a range of books on the subject and in short, the one I decided to buy, having never heard of Rebecca was "The Wheel of the Year". Literally, just a few days later, this talk dropped into my inbox! 😮
I only signed up to this channel because I'd brought, and loved and was greatly inspired by William's "The Endorphin Effect 20 years ago! 😮
