"I'm so confused about that one" Kenshiro is the main character of "Fist of the North Star." Basically, he is an uber martial artist wandering the wastelands of a post-apocalyptic world. And his signature final move is that tapping thing all over the body which causes his opponent to explode to the catchphrase "you are already dead."
Yep, the animation style on One Punch Man does do those sort of changes. And Saitama...punches. Really, really hard. You might want to check it out.

Also, the tapping thing, IIRC is him fucking with your Chi/pressure points and the exploding is a result of that.
Kenshiro (homeless man) can hit people’s pressure points. In his series, there are secret pressure points that can heal you or what Ken usually uses them for to make people explode.
The 3d animations are a little rough, but they've gotten SO much better since these. HFIL and Dragonshortz are so good

Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged would be a good series to watch, it's what inspired Team Four Star
It's also the very first Abridged Series.
Funny enough for quite a while Cell vs Bobby Hill was the last official piece of DBZA material. And I personally found that beautiful.
Deadpools sword impeads healing.
They can be used to hurt Wolverine because he stops healing where cut by them.
The first 2 characters were Yusuke and Kuwabara from Yu Yu Hakusho. It's a 90's supernatural action comedy anime and I highly recommend it. Netflix recently released the live action adaptation and it was pretty good.
Also the reason for Cell bringing up which could destroy the planet is that the anime of Yu Yu Hakusho did more to keep the power balance of its world closer to earth as it were cause let's face it when you have a reset button like the dragonballs in your world you kind of have to up the power scale to give any real threat.
Saitama's power is best described as "overkill". He literally broke his limiter, so he has unlimited strength, durability, and speed. He can control how much power is behind his punches, but unless he's intentionally holding back enough to be non-lethal he will literally *annihilate* whatever he hits with one blow, and can tank planet buster attacks and only be aware *that* he was even being attacked.
I think Saitama IS the strongest anime character because he's written that way. He could probably destroy Cell with 100 regular punches and Cell would dissolve after regenerating too much. XD

About Sonic, there're similarities between it's lore and Dragon Ball but not an exact copy. In DB there's 7 balls who grants wishes, in Sonic there's 7 Chaos Emeralds who grants unlimited power through a Super form that makes the characters glow yellow (like a Super Sayan).
About characters, only Sonic and Shadow both remember Goku and Vegeta, Sonic for being adventurous and cool, and Shadow for being a villain turning "good" and having that edgy personality. The rest is VERY different.
Yugioh Abridged is a good series to watch next, is what inspired DBZA, and the creator is the voice of Yugi and Freezer here. I recommend the watch.

Okay, I'm sure from all the comments these have all been explained already, but nonetheless...
First show at 1:22 has the characters of Yusuke Yurameshi and Kuwabara, the main character and (more or less) second most important from the 90s manga/anime series Yu Yu Hakusho. It starts off with Yusuke as a delinquent who deep down has a decent heart. Still, he was well on his way into a lifetime of bad behavior and being a petty street tough guy... until one day he sacrificed his own life to save a child from getting run over. This puzzled the afterlife, since they hadn't anticipated any such action from Yusuke and it changed his fate. They decided to give him a second chance at life, complete with becoming an agent of the son of the god of the afterlife, accomplishing various tasks, tracking down rogue demons, etc. It soon turned into more of a standard fighting series.
The second show at 3:21 is from Yu-Gi-Oh, another 90s-early 2000s show. As you figured out, it's more or less like Pokemon, except with duels played in the card game instead of with pokemon. It also has an abridged series, it's actually part of what inspired Team Four Star to make Dragonball Z Abridged in the first place, and the guy who does the voices for Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged is the same one who does the voice for Freeza in DBZA.
The third one at 6:12 are, as you realized, Ryu and Ken from the Street Fighter video games. I think these particular versions/art are taken from Street Fighter 5.
With Sonic, all you need to know is that the Chaos Emeralds are like the local item to enable unlocking massive powers in that world; Sonic's enemy, a mad scientist wants to use them to help create doomsday weapons and take over the world, for Sonic and his friends, they can enable him to unlock a super form, like going Super Saiyan.
At 10:56 is Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star, a manga/anime series that goes all the back to the 80s. Basically it takes place after nuclear war reduces people to post apocalyptic scavenging, and Ken the hero (as well as some of his allies and the major villains) are superhuman martial artists whose styles let them do ridiculous things. Ken, for example, is best known for hitting pressure points on the bodies of people and causing them to gruesomely explode, usually telling them "You're already dead," a few seconds before they explode. (It's kind of a meme for those of us who are old enough to remember.) He's also done various ridiculous things like punching his way through a tank that was trying to run him over, and that's just the start. I think they actually based the version of Ken that show up here on an abridged parody of the show, I show the first few episodes of it years ago, I forget if the creator ever went any further with it than the show's first arc or so.
Death Note you know, so I'll skip that one.
At 14:51 we have Saitama and Genos, the most prominent characters from One Punch Man, which somewhat parodies super hero and anime stuff and later more or less plays them more seriously. Saitama was a pretty average, unemployed would-be office worker in his mid-20s if I remember right, who was down on his luck and getting nowhere in life until one day he saved a young boy from a monster. Inspired, Saitama abandoned trying to make it i a regular job and trained to be a hero, pushing his body so hard that it eventually broke all his limits and transformed him into the world's most powerful man. (Or maybe the universe's most powerful man, as we'll learn later.) The only problem is that he's a laid back and not especially bright slacker, so he frequently doesn't really know how to use his powers or fully understand the world around him. And yes, most times Saitama's face is drawn with considerably less detail and realism than most of the other characters on the show, but when he's being more serious or on the ball, it tends to become more detailed and realistically drawn.
Deadpools swords if i remember right prevent or hinder massively ultra-speed regeneration. In one of Alternative Timeline stories Deadpool killed Wolverine with same swords. Wolverine has ultra-speed regeneration. Deadpools healing factor was extracted from Wolverines but Wolverines is slower because of him being forcefully injected with metal alloy to his bones, that metal alloy slows his regeneration speed while Deadpool has speed of the original.
Those swords could have slowed Cells regeneration alot.
Don’t forget dba abridged Kai 3.0 and 3.5. They’re short but super good and a must for this series

One punch man is meant to be comedy parodying shounen.
The dramatic change in art and vibe is intentional.
The art style for Saitama does change like that through out the series and even switches within the episode. Why, I don't know, sometimes it seems for humor, sometimes for the seriousness of the scene and sometimes just seems for the heck of it. They captured the character very well, complete with the "oh I need to get to the grocery store" part.
Kenshiro is from a very famous classic anime/manga series called Fist of the North Star (Japanese: Hokuto no Ken), set in a Mad Max post-apocalyptic world where there exist secret martial art techniques intended for assassination, which are incredibly powerful but extremely hard to learn. Kenshiro is the inheritor of the style of Fist of the north Star, which uses pinpoint precise strikes at pressure points on the body, where if hit enough times can cause the person to violently die from a bodily reaction (this is based on concepts like acupuncture and the biology of the central nervous system, where sometimes your body can react in strange way that don't seem to make sense based on nerves being hit).
Also you should check out One-Punch Man, it's a comedy-action series that very cleverly parodies a lot of action genre and anime tropes, it's very funny and the first season has some INCREDIBLE animation and direction.

Sonic is heavily influenced by Dragon Ball, but not a straight copy
The Chaos Emeralds in this case are what the series revolve around much like the Dragon Balls for DB, but rather than having a wish-granting dragon their thing is that they grant the user unlimited power
With them Sonic can become Super Sonic, which intentionally does look like Super Saiyan, however the power is very different as rather than multiplying his strenght and "ki" Sonic's super form makes him temporarily indestructible while providing him with infinite energy, allowing him to fight gods whose power range from destroying planets to literally all of existence, before then scattering(making him lose that transformation) and having to be collected so that he can transform again(but no one year wait for them to function again)
Tldr - think of it like if there was no Shenlong but Goku could to absorb the dragon balls to turn Super Saiyan, and as Super Saiyan he became infinitely stronger(basically what Vegeta thought the transformation was, unstoppable) and could alter reality like Shenlong, but it only lasted like a minute(like Kaioken) if he exerted himself and then he has to collect the Dragon Balls all over again, thats how they work
Cell obviously was too smart to let Sonic use them though, even if he had no clue to what they did or how to use them, he has seen enough shenanigans from magical beans and orbs to know it was trouble so he had none of it
By the way, if time is of the essence, you could watch "Kai Recut" rather than regular Dragon Ball Kai. It's a well received fan-edit of Kai that cuts down even more, makes it more like the original manga. Hard to find the source though.

So the idea of One Punch Man is that Saitama has uber super strength. Like, punching holes through Jupiter kind of super strength, and we don't even know if that's all he's capable of, and it's probably not. OPM is kind of this comedy/shounen anime about Saitama, who is looking for a real fight, but basically nobody is a match for him, and he wins as soon as he touches them in like 99% of cases, and even when someone strong enough to take a hit does come along, Saitama wipes the floor with them as soon as he gets serious. TFS didn't have Saitama actually fight Cell because, well... Saitama would probably win.

The core concept of One Punch Man is a "joke" in terms of the usual heroic anime character. While you're supposed to start with a character that gradually gets stronger to face all their enemies where One Punch Man comes in is that Siatama is ALREADY at the top of his game. He gets bored easily because he's too strong. Don't wanna spoil it for you, but it's pretty funny considering how laid back Siatama seems most of the time. Sure, he wants a challenge, but he's in no hurry to get to it. 😐
