I think a solution to this is to completely rework Iron Head and replace it with a new move: King’s Shield. Iron head is just not a very functional move and it never has been. Like how Mime went from Defense Swap to Power Swap I think the move could be replaced entirely
Helpful tip for sword unite: If you can, you always want to sacred sword your enemy first to make you unite move do even more damage. It also stuns them for an easy unite move aim too 👍🏼
Yup! Also, while it doesn’t have an attack boost or defense reduction, Shadow Claw does still give some frame advantage as well. So you can do the follow up with either-or.
Imho it’s super thin for no reason. If anything they need to remake the hitbox to resemble something like Goodra’s dragon pulse. Where it has two side hitboxes and the middle is the sweet spot. Middle does the execute damage but the sides do not but still deal damage. It makes no sense to me how a unite that looks like it does so much damage stirring up rocks don’t do damage if you miss that thin line
@rainyiguessChandelure’s isn’t great, but it’s def not sword tier. The blind and movement speed buff alone are useful for a squishy mage to escape or reposition in a fight. I feel like the problem with Sword unite is that it’s really hard to hit, and when you do hit it the reward isn’t even very good
I think you already made a guide on Aegislash tech. Actually that got me into playing sword and it's the highest skill level Mon I used. I would love more of those "tech" videos
Pidgeot I would not be surprised to see added (with how many gen1's they add... XD) But it could actually be a unique addition, especially if they included its mega
Once you get it you'll really get it if you know what i mean. I'd reccomend knock off + confuse ray if you want to be worth having on the team. The other moves are decent but.. nah they try to go for damage which sableye isn't used for anymore
Ya sure I bought Aegi after a streak of 7 defeats in season 25 , my rank dropped from Ultra 3 to Ultra 5 , I tried all my current Pokemon but still loosing so I decide to buy Aegi . At first it's hard to switch adapt in its playstyle but after some guide videos and practice I won 11 matches in row ,most of the times my team was horrible , 1 afk , 1 jungle invader and no support. I carried most of the games and reached master in just 2 days.
can't for the life of play well with auto attackers like cinder and mewtwo y. They should be the easiest, but i just never play well with them, I don't know why
I can’t unhear the “shing, shing, shing” sound whenever sword starts going crazy 😭
Yeah, but 1. Wide guard still needs to be called king’s shield and 2. Iron head is sooo bad
I think they made it wide guard because they didn't want to incorporate the attack drop on the hit. Unfortunate, but makes sense

Went 13-3 on my road to masters this season with aegislash. Feels really good right now.
Swords unite still really holds it back for me

This and candles unites might hit the bottom of the barrel for me

I use it more for objectives than damage because of its unite

Man, sword was starting to FADE away from relevance, but these buffs really are MASSIVE.
You know what else is massive
Looooww taperrr fadeeee
@sohamagashe6102Soham chill
I've found that two bands+razor claw works better for jungle aegislash, it just doesn't usually commit to a lane until too late to score easily
I love sword. If only they'd make his unite a sure hit, or at least easier to aim, he'd be top notch.
Pidgeot I would not be surprised to see added (with how many gen1's they add... XD)

I have the most difficulty playing mew honestly a difficult pokémon to do good with and oddly enough umbreon
Umbreon in solo q is hard to get success with yeah
They will never buff iron head. 😢
Aegislash looks pretty OP cutting through attackers like butter 🥵
Love Aegislash. I love Mew even more but sadly, I'm not great with it.
Celesteela ingrain focused character design could be interesting
I guess Sableye, I don't think I'm too bad with it but it just always feels outclassed or extremely situaional.
Once you get it you'll really get it if you know what i mean. I'd reccomend knock off + confuse ray if you want to be worth having on the team. The other moves are decent but.. nah they try to go for damage which sableye isn't used for anymore
is sacred sword or shadow claw better?
Best lane partner for sword?
A blissey with safe guard works well.
I’m surprised it took 4 days for a sword video.
He's at the Inauguration that's why 😂
YES, LET AEGISLASH BE BUSTED FOR A FEW WEEKS!!!
Honestly. I struggle the most with Zoroark and Metagross, everytime I try, I get either hard countered or in Zoroark’s case, I try to play too safe
Should I buy aegis lash guys any opinion?
Ya sure

Woahh thank u man
Love the sword need to give him a shot but goodra is too fun
I always do terrible with Hyper beam dragonite.
My Crustle needs work. Shell smash is fun but I'm no sure how to play it at high level
they missing for not making a Pokemon with projectile nullifying skill like yasuo KEKW
Spragels man, you’re a good guy but you’re really not talking about Decidueye enough.
Mew is so hard to play. The fact that the ability button is also the move stick makes Mew impossible to use.
I cant seem to get the hang of intellion inspite of being a decidueye main
Greninja is my most difficult pokemon to play it just die way too fast imo
They need to get my boy xurkitree in this game
Aegislash skins are so good
I love the Blue tier one more than this purple one
Intellion so difficult somethings 😢
Zoroark for sure is hard for me
why no muscle and no razor. Question of the day: definitively zoroark, it's my second favorite pokemon ever but I can't play it
can't for the life of play well with auto attackers like cinder and mewtwo y. They should be the easiest, but i just never play well with them, I don't know why
Sword main here
Shadow claw iron head is still the strongest build for high skill Aegislash players
Can you explain? I'm being serious. What item sets do you run?
Why?
Its definitely an underrated moveset so I'm curious if the perception of it will change now...
@@EclipseUzumaki0Shadow claw crits more an has a lower cool down
@jakefromstatefarm5462 oh ok! I just unlocked sword last week and haven't had a chance to play him yet. I'll give it a try! Thanks!
