I was prec for about a year and went back to might cause prec was boring and broke my game controllers. I still do great damage with might cause i have a great loadout and i'm much happier and haven't had to buy a new controller since.
All my alt characters Tank & Troll are Precision for simplicity & quick damage while doing my daily’s. But my main toon is Might DPS. Precision is boring & efficient I like to use my powers so Might DPS for me but I use both technically lol
I keep up with prec and I’m electric might pet dps, I only have 249 sp. the only difference is prec can swap weapons mid fight which gives them advantages.
I get it man y'know precision has it's up and downs, me personally I used precision for about 4 months and kind of gave up on it just for how bad of a rotation it has with flight since I had no loyal points. But if you manage to like the weapon-based power set try not to be overwhelmed with it and actually use it.
1. You can move around more easily 2. You make way more dmg, which, if you think about it, helps your team and yourself since you will crush anything in your path with no problem and it takes less time to run a raid or anything else. 3. It takes way more skill instead of just repeating a loadout a million times while watching tv at the same time bc you dont even have to look at the screen with might. 4. You can combine your roles and still do decent dmg. My battle troll does only 1/6 less dmg while i do shield debuff and and energy restoration. Also takes more skill bc you have to focus on what enemy you want to debuff at that moment All in all, whatever makes more dmg helps everyone if you play DD. And its way more work than just spamming triangle. Timing of your jumps, getting the right attacks to spam with your weapon and whirling derwish. AND you can actually use both precision skill points AND might skill points at the same time.
Precision is carried by art swapping. I dont wanna hear nothing most top precision dps players always got to art swap to be at the top of the leaderboard and that is not fun in anyway shape or form i would rather go might than to go precision since ur locked to using super speed and its just not as fun playing the game like that.
@@starrequiem6053 well me and my friend, also a precision player, are always nr.1 nd 2 on the damage board. Only moments when someone has more dmg than us is when its a might player with art swap. Might players usually do 2/3 or 3/4 if they switch single/multi target. I used to play might for 5 years, so i know what im talking about. Precision is better. And u can play it without superspeed. U just miss out on a bit of dmg. Like 3.2mil instead of 3.6mil of dmg in 10 seconds. Precision is the only way u can make use of all your SP in dd role since u can put them in prec and might for bonus dmg. Whether u like it or not it takes more attention and does more dmg, with art swap or without. Which in my opinion, makes it way more interesting to play

But might still stands even pet dmg still stands lol It's basically whatever u wanna use, all I can say, don't compare your damage to high trier prec powers coz they abuse the scs and powers for a reason specially with EOG spam healers
Abuse? 😂People are simply using what's available to them in the game. Not sure how that is abusing something. If anything exists in game that allows players to do more dmg they will use it. That's human nature. The take in this video is weird. Yes dpsing is the same. Only difference is whether might or prec. But with swapping and doing the most damage possible it becomes not boring in my opinion. I don't even agree with artifact swapping honestly but if it's there I'm going to do it for more dmg. Take DKS artifact. Most players have no idea if you have it at rank 200 it can be swapped on every 6-8 seconds for a beam to come down and do 200-300k dmg. This is not casting an orbital strike. Swap DKS on, do 1-2 abilities, watch for the white beam to come down, swap DKS off. This is in the description of the artifact. Is it abuse?
@@roboninja3194 Its abuse. taking advantage of things in game is what often times lead to nerfs for example eog people knew how op the artifact was n started abusing the hell out of it until daybreak decided to nerf it hard its still useable but with certain builds that require sc its not as efficent as it used to be. Overall i would just prefer them buff some powersets so that they can be viable for multiple purposes and no longer need to use iconic/movement abilities just to do enough dps.
@@thoughts4843 cuz other powers play the same as prec you can literally do prec build on all powers with just superspeed and iconic skills with weapon buff but what the point of playing like that? yea elec prec and rage are good cuz of superpowers but gadgets is better cuz stealth and a lot of clipping. Mental's stealth is worse than gadgets, but anyway all powers good with right loadout & arts, just play what you want
