Glad that there will be debates. While I am not a Trump lover, I will say that my life and the lives of everyone that I know was much better under Trump. That is really what matters to most people. Clearly Biden has failed at helping the average American citizen and has gone out of his way to help those from other countries. The position is called President of the United States, not President of the World. Leave that to those who meet at Davos.
Well, sad but Trump is not democracy. Inflation also occurred during Covid. All it has done is tame itself by feds raising interest .
People are still frantic about their own lives, and spending money like it’s a pandemic still . Even though it’s stabilized. People are just getting back to normal even if it is expensive.

Yea but that's a shortsighted view. If you took all the money in your bank and you said, I wanted to live like a wealthy celebrity, you could. It would just be for a very very short time. Same with trump. Yea I was living comfortably too, but the long-term consequences of trump's administration can be devastating. World leaders called him a buffoon. The president is the voice of our nation, but the way trump talks is something I wouldn't tolerate if it was coming from a family member. Embarrassing. Will his policies be sustainable longterm (look at Obamacare, still going)? Then there's foreign matters. The US is sending aid to Ukraine because if Ukraine falls to Russia, there is a real chance it will destabilize the whole eastern European region. We've already got a foot in that fight, seemingly to avoid a greater conflict down the line. The situation in the Middle east is another firecracker. It's just hard to trust that someone with trump's rhetoric has the intellectual and diplomatic capacity to handle these delicate situations.
My only complaint would be the southern border. That's a fucking shitshow. That needs handled more firmly. This is where surprisingly, people see the longterm instead of the shortterm benefits. There's a greater net profit to paying illegals to do a job vs. legally hiring someone. Illegal status gives employers all the leverage. No negotiating or compromises. But longterm, it introduces problems and chaos into the country. Sorry for the book. I'm open too other viewpoints. Cheers!
