Fremont Ca, Central Park Lake Elizabeth. Filmed with a Phantom 3 Pro. The park rangers will tell you you cannot fly at this park. Fremont police will tell you it's ok and no law against flying there. My second flight there the rangers did not stop me from flying after I quoted local law and FAA regulation.

I don't know why people are so concern about the word drone. just like driving a motor vehicle if something happens you got sued. the operator should be responsible for his/her action. get 1000 people flying drones and 1000 people driving cars. see what cause more injuries and death? people need to wake up and stop worrying about drones.
