Ang aquaspeed sa una malakas pero after a month humihina,, khit linisin mo pa wala padin,, gumamit ako nyan, A3000, A4000 at ang huli A6000 pero same senaryo.. Ung huli ko A6000 humina dim tpos nabali pa ang shafting nging sanhi pa ng pagkamatay ng mga isda ko mahinang klase yan china kc,, mas mbuti kung dun n kyo sa heavy duty medyo mahal pero sulit naman sa tibay.. Kesa jan mura yan at mahina sa kuryente pero mapapamura k nlng sa huli.. Pasensya n po pero yan po ang experience ko sa Aquaspeed shineshare ko lng..
Salamat sa magandang input na ito lods, makakatulong ito sa mga makakabasa sa experience mo.
So much for energy saving lol..

Heya Chris, thanks for dropping. This video shows this unit actually was not truthful. A power monitor test showed a 40 watts power consumption instead of the advertised 24 watts.

I can clearly see it has strong water flow but I also want to see how much air bubbles it can produce because this is important for oxygen supply to the aquarium or fish pond.
Thanks Ben. I agree with you that oxygen is indeed important. But I won't recommend you'd source the facilitation of oxygen production from a submersible pump. Water agitation is better served well by an airpump.
But if you'd insist, may I suggest raising the height of the water drop from the water coming off the submersible pump. In this way a higher height should cause a bigger water splash or impact once it falls on the water surface of the aquarium or pond, which incidentally should facilitate oxygen production.

Heya John, I'm from the Philippines. Here in Asia the online selling app Shopee can make deliveries across Asia. But in Ghana I do not where you can source this my friend.
I think the wattage will decrease for long period of time... test it for 1hr...

No, it needs to be underwater, since the pump motor is reliant on the water flow for cooling.
Maybe it's because you're using an extension cord that's why its giving you a high wattage? Not sure though not an electrician or something haha

A3000 is much suitable. The A4000 could be too much.

Rio HF yan one of the best. I don't have a Rio HF but I've seen it perform, I recommend it for sure.

Yes it is capable but this unit needs to be submerged under eater full time.

Hello Aycee, tama ka if amphibious yung submersible water pump is pwede itong i-pwesto above water. However itong Aquaspeed A4000 is not amphibious. Operate only under water itong Aquamaster A4000.

kabibili ko lang sir ng a4000 , based sa wattmeter ko nasa 30w lang consumption nito.
Curious ako sa result mo bro. Yan mga hanap ko eh para maka compare rin nh result.
Pa try naman test ng watt meter mo sa ibang appliance dyan sayo like sa electric fan or TV. Check if nasa tama ba sukat nung watts meter.

Definitely, Aquaspeed is one of the most affordable pump out there and also the most saleable too. So I'd expect to see this in your local aquatic pet shop. Check also online at Lazada or Shopee.

For a very long time, Rio HF, that's legendary. Like a dream pump for those who know.

@@edrianjaytalle681 I wish I could test them all for a nice review. But the reality is I can only review those I will be using for my own set-up or those items that are affordable for me.
In the past I have researched about Rio HF series and I remember reading nothing but good feed backs about them. They are most of the time over power for some new owners, they did not expect it to be strong. So Rio HF is really the real deal. As to testing their power inputs I still have not seen or read anything that tackled this part. Hopefully someone else will do it or if I can borrow a unit someday soon.

Yeah aquaspeed is not true rated. Never bought them coz I found out way back before in a foreign forum how falsely labeled it is. 😊
