It absolutely does, so does going to therapy. It's admitting you have a problem and mental instability. He can go to and volunteer for family treatment court and SHOW the court he can quit without rehab. That's what got my sisters kids back in 8 months instead of the 12-18 months. Her therapy was most definitely still used against her in court.

They’re definitely off with some of their theories. Seems like the whole point of this show is to be hyperbolic about everything. Nick may not have conditions from his bail but he definitely does to get his kids back. I don’t think CPS would like to see a home full of liquor bottles. That has to be trashed.
