TLDR: Jacob's disreputable video was meticulously scripted, with all "distraction" dogs prepared and positioned in advance. Haz noted that he "barely" passed Jacob, which was based on his assumption of Jacob's honesty. Consequently, this reveals significant insights regarding Jacob and his capabilities.
    - Remi is acquainted with every dog featured in the video, most of which are family members and friends.
    - Several of the same dogs are utilized as "distractions" multiple times in this video; it is not a coincidence.
    - Hanz also observed Jacob's recycling of distraction dogs and remarked on it once (13:05), while raising an eyebrow in suspicion, indicating that he was aware of the situation.
    - It is evident that Remi is exceptionally familiar with one particular dog, as demonstrated by her sudden and notable change in behavior, wherein she happily wriggles and wags her tail in its presence, in stark contrast to the stiffness and nervousness she displayed towards all other dogs. This *undeniably* indicates her familiarity with the dog.
    - His wife is video recording and remains in close proximity to the dog during all its stays, undermining the idea of a 60+foot distance stay, given the other handler's presence.
This leaves the question; How reputable is Haz? He rightfully already has great suspicion of the video's credibility. Or, will this comment be immediately deleted.

Congrats Jacob, you can tell you had your work cut out for you on that one, I have a female Black GSD Czech import and she's nervy as hell with a mind of her own ... I see a lot of my dog in this one.

It's good to see a fearful dog can learn to control her fear this way. I'd definitely be interested to see how she was before. I'm more impressed by trainers who can take a dog like Remy who is overly fearful and get her to the point that she can reliably be out around people than people who start off with more even-keeled dogs. Even if she doesn't look as confident as another dog that didn't have that fear issue starting out, it's impressive and a testament to the training that she can get to that point, and not be relegated to a fenced backyard or a tightly-controlled leash for the rest of her life.

Hey Haz - not a question reflecting or questioning the quality of your instruction but have you failed anyone as yet? I wouldn't expect to see you post those videos but I am curious to know, if I may.

My now 16 month old quality bred, 80+ pound female working line is an amazing creature. She is exceptionally sweet, beautiful & loves all size of humans. However- the last 14 months of my life have been an absolute nightmare. She started estrus at 4 months and has had 3 full cycles. There's no "doggy diaper" that's gonna stay on her! She loses her marbles for weeks at a time and it's a huge setback in training. I'm a 55 yr old female who has trained many dogs & Haz is 100% when he talks about being handler sensitive- my dog prefers male humans. Mine has freaked out on the Herm Sprenger and pulled 3 prongs into her flesh. Another training setback. We got attacked by an off leash pitbull on a walk thru a city park- another setback. I have had to reduce my job to part time, thank God I could! This dog is a nightmare of fence climbing high drive stress. I need ANY SUGGESTIONS you have! I'm very close to losing my mind and trying to re-home my new best friend. Can I expect this dog's insane drivey attitude to "improve" at any point in the next 6 months with the consistency I have been committed to? I haven't been able to leave my house without her for a year. I have spent a fortune on a steel crate that she is ok with until I walk out the door. She's a psycho- when does it get better?

I’d have a vet check her. Going into heat at 4 mo is very early and unusual. All of my female GSDs have had their first cycle usually between 9-11 months. And then every 6 months afterwards. I also don’t understand how a prong could go into her flesh, even with a grade 10 correction or a lunge, I’ve e never seen that happen in 30 years of owning GSDs. Not saying it can’t happen…but it’s strange. Have you looked for dog training help? I’d look for someone very experienced in specifically GSDs because they are a sensitive breed that needs specific understanding. Or join a training forum… I think Haz has one on Facebook along with his courses.

6:14 I’ve noticed that with my dog! He’s fine in a crowd but a single person or dog really draws his attention.
One time there was a group of people standing together. He didn’t care about them, but the one guy standing slightly apart from the group he found very suspicious.
Especially with the guardy type breeds they seem to instinctively notice things that are out of the ordinary.
