Highly recommend the ghost chalk from spider chalk. It’s an invisible chalk. Really even less mess than liquid chalk. I use ghost chalk frequently at home.
No knee sleeves on leg day? Brave man! Question…. Have you ever tried any preworkouts from DarkLabs? If you haven’t, you must! I too workout in my own gym so no need for a gym bag. I probably have 5 or 6 backpacks from my days in the military. I am sure one of those would do the trick if I even did go back to a local gym. Have a great week my friend.

I was on a road trip and had a chance to check out a pretty cool gym, so why not. Hadn't thought of a towel but that would have been a good idea
