I was put under general anesthesia like Lucas. I was pretty out of it when I woke up. The nurse got me into a wheelchair while we waited for my bf to arrive, & I just knocked out in the wheelchair until he got there. I don't remember anything except for waking up & the nurse helping me into the car. My boyfriend told me I kept cracking silly jokes & falling asleep in the car on the way home LOL. It's literally like being half asleep & delirious. I would imagine Nitrous Oxide is pretty much the same thing except you're fully conscious the whole entire time. Now Ketamine will more than likely make you spill your secrets. My bf was injected w/ Ketamine when he had to have his broken ankle set. The doctor described it as "the lights are on, but nobody is home." And the nurse told me they also called it the truth serum bc people tell the honest truth when they're high on Ketamine lmao. The whole time my boyfriend was looking me dead in the eyes saying "I love Chelsea" without even realizing he was saying it to me. He doesn't remember anything at all, it's insane because he was fully conscious & talking the whole time

Just use local anesthesia you just don't feel your mouth your brain function is fine, unless you are terrified of needles in your mouth, in my country you are given the choice of local anesthesia or the gas I used the first option and except for four little pinches and the pressure I felt nothing
I had mine removed and it was great afterward. I don’t remember the needle even going in. Like was there even a needle? Lol and waking up was just extremely calm and I felt relaxed maybe sleepy and overall happy.

I had mine removed a few weeks ago and it’s honestly not as bad as u think. Unfortunately I didn’t have a real reaction I was just crying my eyes out 😂but don’t worry you’ll be fine❤️
I love this video! Michael was so gentle it was adorable. When I got my wisdom teeth out, I was VERY angry that I wasn't as high as I thought I would be. Then I yelled at my husband in Walmart (because I am a independent women who wants Hello Kitty bandaids for my mouth), and stormed out with my children and chocolate pudding that I never paid for. Then I ate all of the pudding in like 5 minutes while sobbing because I had been so rude.

I was knocked out for 5 and a half hours for 1 wisdom tooth (i was born with 6 wisdom teeth in total so far 5 of 6 wisdom teeth have been removed) plus I had major dental reconstruction done and 2 different wisdom teeth surgeries so far. So yeah im weird but yes having more than 4 wisdom teeth is rare but i have the xrays to prove it.

I think when its multiple teeth taken out its more dramatic in the us, i live in the US and I only needed one taken out. All they did was numb my mouth, and then they took out, it took like 45 mins, most of the time was me just sitting around waiting for the dentist lol
I think it depends on the dentist. I had my taken out in 2 rounds, 1 side per round. I had local anaesthesia for both. For the first one, I would have much rather be knocked out for it because it was so much more difficult and the noises were insane. Took almost an hour just for 2 teeth. The second was quick and simple and took about 15 minutes altogether for both. Most people are knocked out when they're taking all 4 out because local anaesthesia wears off really quickly and taking out all 4 of them takes at least 45 minutes (that's if it'sjust a quick and easy process, but there can be complications very quickly with dental surgery), possibly longer. And different people react to drugs very differently.

I did it last year and honestly? The recovery was way more of a pain in the ass than the surgery but you get some pretty lit drugs.
