Very helpful to people with these vehicle's, im quite daunted by tackling some work on my 4wd , video's like these really help
Glad they inspire you mate.
So keen to see where this build ends up. I had a gen 2 in this colour and i miss it. Hopefully you get the three subs to reach 1k to start getting monetized
Thanks mate.
Hey mate u reckon u went up to many splines/teeth or is that perfect ?
@troyaus6069 it's not really an exact science. It's really dependent on the condition of your tortion bars. I would think 1-3 splines is about average. Remember that the end result is really achieved winding the bar up or down at the other end. Re-indexing just gives you back more leverage when your bars are starting to relax with age.
Sir. Do we need to jack up front tyre when reindexing torsion bar
Yes, as mentioned in the video. Especially if you are winding them up, to relieve tension. Imagine winding up the full weight of the car on the bolt.
Is lifting same as indexing the torsion bar?
Hi, you will re-index only if you run out of leverage in the bars. You don't necessarily need to re-index to rotate the tortion bars in order to lift the front.
