Ye jo green plate me tumne khana khaya wo avoid karo ..apni dost ko bhi bolo .achha nehi he sahed ke liye .. kyunki garam khana isme dalne se wo plate ke upar ek polythene ka layer hota he aur uske andar artificial green colour hota he..to garam khana uske saath react karta he..wo hamara andar ja ke bahat kharap reaact kar sakta he ..aur aaj kal ka bachha he tum log..so please use either metal utensils ,banana leaf or khali leaves ..but no plastic or polyethylene.i do see your video.thats why i commented coz mujhe bura laga isiliye
