I can see why Love is the most searched word in many countries. English just has the one word "Love", but it has many different definitions, Greek has 3 words for "Love", I imagine other languages have multiple words for the different definitions, so people look up which work to use for which definition, that or this analysis is skewing the results unintentionally because English only has 1 word for "Love" so the 3 different definitions are being combined.

as someone from the Philippines, especially from Mindanao, i understand why we tend to search Language. Our national language didn't spread a lot from Luzon. Since our language, Filipino, is formed from collecting words across Philippine dialects, it's quite hard to catch up to date as the words that's to be used are all under constant change.
there's a thing that i dont like in the system of how our national language is made up, and that is the only dialects they tend to use are always from Luzon and regions near Luzon. there are no dialects from most of Visayas and all of Mindanao
