These parts fail for several reasons. The first is they are many times made locally from steel that is of uncertain quality and strength. We've all seen the videos of them produces these parts from scraps they throw into the furnace to be melted. There is no testing or additives thrown in to assure its quality. It isn't a wonder that the steel fails like this. The second and even more important reason is greed on the part of the owners of the vehicles that demand they be loaded to 3 times the design limit of the vehicle. Also, in order to do things even cheaper, they higher an endless stream of low skilled drivers that are threatened with losing their jobs if they don't keep to unrealistic schedules. They drive way too fast, and that further stresses the already overloaded frame and components of these vehicles. I must say though, the skill and ingenuity of the mechanics and fabricators must be admired. They do in hours what it would take a mechanic in American a week to fix and only if he had the parts inhand.
