Fifteens Recipe
15 digestive biscuits
15 marshmallows, cut in half
15 glacé cherries, cut in half
Approx 200ml of condensed milk
100g desiccated coconut, and a small additional amount to sprinkle on the top.
Blitz the digestive biscuits in a blender or in a plastic bag with a rolling pin, then add to a large mixing bowl. Cut each marshmallow and cherry in half and add to the bowl. Slowly add the condensed milk until a thick, sticky dough forms. and 175ml condensed milk. If it’s too dry, add a little more condensed milk.
Add the mixture into a lined baking tin and press firmly. Sprinkle more coconut over the top of it then place in the fridge for 2- 4 hours. Slice the Fifteens with a knife, and enjoy with a cup of tea!

I could picture the four seasons cherubs in each of the corners of your garden, and the lovely maiden holding a special Lost Forest item featured on your website! Your calf's big beautiful eyes and those eyelashes melted my heart -- all I could think of was something like Lily or Rose or Tulip. The antique shop was fascinating! Thank you for sharing things that caught your eye. 👌 Many of the treats you share, like the malteaser cake and fifteens, are completely new to me, having grown up in a different place. They look delicious! 😋 Your springtime garden is beautiful. 🌷 And kitten calf is adorable. Here are some name ideas from my children: my six-year-old son says “Pearl,” my eight-year-old daughter says “Shadow,” and my eleven-year-old daughter says “Jewel.” The other children haven’t weighed in. 😉 It’ll be fun to read the comments and see other people’s suggestions.

New york time 12:15 Happy Easter all. What beautiful scenes and music to be goun here. Yh a nk you. It still saddens me to see the baby seperated from mama cow. Suffering for both and I use cream. Wish we vould share with the poor little orphan.
She gets her mothers milk, but from a bottle. The rest goes into a tank to send to the creamery. No suffering for either the mom or calf, as they have the best life and welfare here on our farm ☘️🐄

Thank you Cris! Her mom was unwell after the delivery, so they were separated and mommy cow was treated, and is making a slow but steady recovery in shed. Little kitten calf also requires a lot of attention and supervision, so she’s protected in the pen to keep her safe and fingers crossed she’ll be a lovely strong calf in a few weeks 🥰🐄💕☘️

Hi Gillian - Happy Easter! Since your baby girl was born during the Easter Triduum, I wondered if Lily would be the perfect name in honor of the Easter Lily. I looked up which of the lilies is the smallest and the dwarf asiatic lilies are called "Pixie". So my vote, and I hope Pickle likes it, would be Pixie! Pickle and Pixie - two sweet babies! She is such a sweet baby girl and so tiny compared to her bigger calfmates. What a treat for me to see her! Thanks for sharing!

Another beautiful video. I know I always say that, but its true, from the opening shots with the music which is instantly calming and relaxing ....
