Incredible. That does work for me. To dream of protecting your vision for life, is to dream of science and the sun and stars. I hope you can guide us to achieve that goal. Best idea. Get rid of close work, as much as possible!
I am not a fan of your dismissive attitude towards nature's colors. Sun gazing at sunset, even with your eyes closed, is a lot different than snow blindness. I don't believe you have any studies that would backup your feeling. Being in areas of sunshine can be very healthy. People who avoid sunlight are more likely to develop eye problems.
Hi there. I would highly doubt you love nature as I do considering I spend time hand pollinating my garden plants every morning and grow much of what my family eats. The topic relates to Myopia and specifically lenses. I suggest you rewatch the video with an open mind to hear where I specifically mention that sunshine has its benefits and yet sun gazing or staring at a any blue or green color fails to meet the objective of resolving our use of spcialized syntonic filters. Sunning with closed eyes is very different from sun gazing and I have no problem with that. Thanks for your comment.
I am sure there is joy to be had in it, but gazing at the sun or at a patch of color for fun is quite different than doing so to help resolve Myopia. Thanks for your comment!
