@@johnjolly2087 There are factors affecting the price of the lots such as: municipality, lot type, owner's decision. Depending on the municipality, for example, If you buy a lot in Tagbilaran, the titled lots in there is pricier. On the other hand, the lot type, which are residential, commercial, and agricultural, which in this case, is residential. Lastly, the owner's decision, if the owners want it to get sold fast, they'll lower the price.
