- A tourist appears to have been hurt after being bitten by a horse in the King’s Guard in Westminster on Sunday.
The incident came after the horse made multiple attempts to nip other people getting too close while posing for pictures.
On the wall next to the horse at the entrance of the Household Cavalry Museum states: ‘Beware, horses may kick or bite’.

It takes years of training to get them to bite tourists.
😂
He only bites nips…🤪🤭🤣
Mr . Horse gave u guys A LOT of warning! U didn't listen!
I'm beginning to think the horses need to be protected and the people should be barred from that area.
The moral of this story is to respect the personal space of the horses and soldiers doing their job!!
Maybe they should put up a sign 😂😂😂
Not everybody can read English 🙄
@@crk3426 well if they can't read the sign maybe they shouldn't approach an animal that is trained to GUARD something 😊
@@crk3426but just about everyone has a smart phone which come with translation apps…
@@crk3426tough that's the individuals problem
They are animals, not toys. Stay a respectful distance when nearby.
Sticky weather standing in one spot for aaages with annoying tourists getting too close - can't say I'm surprised the horse is biting. Anyone can see it's best to stay clear.
There is literally a sign saying the horse bites n kicks...
Maybe should learn to read
Chinese - it's all about the photo, no matter the risk.
Yes - right under a sign warning that the may kick or bite. Evidently thought that only applied to other people. Horse Guards It’s not a petting zoo.
Imagine being bitten by a horse underneath a sign warning people horses can kick & bite. 🤔
How about simply stop letting the damned people get so close.
Honestly, is there any point in having a horse on guard duty in the city? 🤔
Even horses get pissed off
Motto- Stay away from the Horse and show respect
Schadenfreude
Horse responded, the only way he could. Understood, hopefully in ANY Language. As many tourists don't, or can't read the Sign. 🇬🇧☮️🐎
Good point . I can't read mandarin
I have no sympathy for these tourists.
They should not allow people to take photos anymore. She ran up and it is posted everywhere that they bite and kick. People act like the horses and guards are characters at Disney.
Not surprised. I was watching this live a week ago and the horse looked really agitated just standing there for ages as people came over. It just looked inhumane to put a horse through that in the heat.
What standing that’s all horses do mateee
Oh dear a do-gooder..
The horses stand there for 1 hour before change over.
@@Ohyh-o3iis a difference between being able to walk around and tanding completely still
Horses may kick or bite but people never understand
She suddenly appeared in his peripheral vision so he probably saw her as a threat. According to an expert, horses can't think before they act and it was just natural to defend himself. There is a sign so perhaps it should be bigger and a picture for those who don't speak English.
Stupid people get stupid prizes.
If this is a regular occurrence (which the sign suggests it might be) better to mark an exclusion zone on the floor and not to have such a close-up photo opportunity. Given that English is a foreign language for many tourists “Warning” would be more commonly understood than “Beware”. In any case, a diagram would be more appropriate in my opinion.
Oh please, didnt even break the skin. The sign is very clear.
How do you know it didn't? You can't tell that from the video ...
@@c.marmion8430it’s her fault no sympathy whatsoever should have stayed out of the way
@@c.marmion8430 There's another video showing it very clearly on experiencing london.
Is literally a sign that says horse may bite
the SIGN is clear.
The horse is demanding it’s safe space too.
What does that sign say again
@@andrew8577were exactly is this again? 😂
@@andrew8577 so what? Because you are a tourist you can ignore the environment you are in?
Let's say you were on Holiday in China and ignored signs posted in Chinese.
Do you think claiming that you are just a tourist will get you leniency from the CCP?
@@andrew8577there are translation apps that people who can't understand English can use!! No excuse!!
No ever1 read english
@@user-zm1zv1xw5ybut nearly everyone has a smart phone which come with translation apps. The fact the horse was trying to bite everyone would also be a big clue that isn’t a good idea to get close to it.
Why oh why does UA-cam not have a laugh emoji? Right under the sign……..
In one second she laughing the second crying with half a arm. Funny. Let's read these comments 😆😆😆😁💪
A-tishoo, a-tishoo! we all fall down, and then contact our insurance company for a compensation claim. This acting is getting too common with these idiots annoying the horses.
why do people do this?
Stop feckin with the gaurds!
Should be an arrestable offense.
Can't believe these people don't get the numerous hints and warnings this horse is giving out.
There must be a sign further along saying “stupid people this way please “
I always say don't get to close to horse theirs an example of that.
What does the sign say.
😂😂😂 Well you was all warned not to ever stand close to them.
😂😂😂😂😂 of only there was i sign on the wall warning people.😂😂if only people showed more respect to serving soldiers ,insted of treating them like Disney staff
When you can't wait for Deliveroo to deliver your chicken chow mein!
It's not the horses fault that some people are stupid.
For the rest of the day that poor horse has that taste in its mouth.
Thats the problem with a chinese, you eat one and 10 minutes later you want another. I bet that horse was craving some chow mein and prawn crackers for the rest of the day.
Funniest thing i have seen in years.
The 'royal' horses appear to be very unhappy these days ☹️. If they're not breaking free and rampaging through the streets of London, then they're biting tourists. Perhaps they're trying to tell us something, or warn us about something that's about to happen...
"No sir... I don't like it."
10 cents for whoever gets the reference.
I'd rather have a rubber walrus protector
Okay, maybe I watched this more than once...
She should be a footballer!
I know sod all about horses, other than they are bigger than me and don't give a f**k.
English isn’t her first language 😊horse may bite if you get near it show some respect.
The sign should've been in Chinese only.
Bleeding tourists.
Spain uses water pistols, Britain uses horses…

A bit dramatic
Lunacy spreading in the west
The east... the east.
Fabulous … read the signs public … ears back stay away 😂
This horse must have , just had enough of tourists. She was the Unlucky one, who got bitten, because of thoughtless tourists before her. 🇬🇧☮️🐎
😂😂😂😂😂😂
😄😆😆
It’s just a little nip…! 🇯🇵 🤣
Why is it always the orientals! 😅 (no. I won't call them Asian!)
What a surprise !
To be fair there is like a billion of them sooooooooo
Give her an Oscar and a pair of reading glasses.
If the horse really wanted to he would get hholf and not let go
Ouch! Poor lady.
❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽
Lol
Neigh way ☝️
Was that the wonderful Ormonde? Go get 'em, boy!
No, it wasn’t Ormonde.
Lol 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂

*WASTE OF SO CALLED DEFENSE BUDGET*
NOW GO CLEAN YOUR ROOM.
Might need to add more languages to the sign other then just english
These people are entitled narcissists who don’t read any signs or believe they apply to them.
It's in ENGLAND. Learn ENGLISH.
@@terike9738Exactly
@andrew8577 I don't expect to go to other countries and see signs written in every language of every tourist who might go there. Please.
@@andrew8577so what?
This is really not humane to make an animal fo through this ordeal. Sad to watch the horse already being irritated
Very inhumane to get groomed twice a day and have the best food a horse can have, these horses are better treated then most people.
Poor horse, must be so stressed to see all those tourists, messing around him
