Non/Disney 💭 "Bad Thoughts"

- As with many of my videos, I feel like I could spend some time tweaking and perfecting this more but I decided I just really wanted to upload it sooner rather than later, especially since one of you have expressed to me that you were going through a difficult time at the moment 💔
I know that bad thoughts can be debilitating, I've been there at multiple points in my life. But the best way to battle those bad thoughts is with God's GOOD and TRUE Word. And I use the word "battle" because you really need to think of it that way...the devil is waiting for every chance he can get to feed into our fears, insecurities and doubts. But we can choose to resist him and listen to God instead.
It was really hard to settle on just one verse to include at the end of this video, so I wanted to also link this list of some really good ones that address struggling with mental health...

I hope that if you're struggling with anxiety and/or depression, you'll read these words and make a goal to memorize them. Even if you only memorize one and meditate on it throughout the day, it would be such a good way to help retrain your mind and your thoughts to resonate with the words, even if you don't fully believe in them just yet.
To everyone watching who may be going through a challenging time right now, please know that I'm saying a prayer for each and every one of you...
And I pray that the Lord gives you peace, delivers you from whatever hardship you're dealing with, and guides you on the path to true happiness. ♥
