📌 Ingredients details as follows
500 gm Chicken boneless
150 gm Chana dal (Soaked for 3 hours in hot water)
2 Large Onions
4-5 Green chillies
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
1 Tsp Coriander seeds
10-12 Black pepper
5-6 Cloves
2 Bay Leaf
4-5 Green Cardamom
Cinnamon
7-8 Garlic pods
1 Tsp Crushed Ginger
1 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 Tsp Coriander powder
2 Tbsp Oil
Salt as required
Eggs for coating
Oil for shallow frying.
Note :-
Add the kebab mixture in the pressure cooker. At first keep the flame on medium, once you hear the first whistle, reduce the flame to low and let pressure cook for 15 minutes on low medium heat for 5-6 whistles. There should be no water in the mixture.
Once cool, Transfer the mixture to the food processor, and process the meat in a smooth paste. Gently, make tikkis, coat them in egg and shallow fry on medium heat for 2-63 minutes.
