oh ya. Lies of P is one of my all time favourites alongside Diablo 2, Dark souls 3, Bloodborne, Fable tlc & Titan Quest (Elden ring in honourable mentions)
Lies of P is a gem of a game, and I can't wait for the DLC. The DLC music you're playing in the background makes me even more excited. I can't wait to play it, as I hope we get a lot of new weapons, since they add near unlimited replay value, in my opinion. Good stuff, dude! Keep it up
100% Agree. Absolutely loved the game, the mechanics, the story, and the overall themes. I'm waiting for them to announce the DLC release, as well as if it will be a continuation of the end game or a side path you can take, to figure out when to best do another run to line up with the DLC.
What’s interesting to me as well is that they are releasing an art book on November 12th as well. Maybe they’ll include more concept art for the DLC. Kinda bummed the DLC wont release before the Holidays. But still stoked that the DLC is confirmed and on its way.
That's an interesting thought that hadn't even crossed my mind! The last time I thought about the art book, I was fully under the assumption the DLC would be out by then. Something to look out for!
@officiallyforestofmonsters3826 Hopefully we'll get those specifics and a trailer soon with gaming award season coming up. February feels right to me too though. Q1 seems like the next likely block after the initial projection was 2nd half of this year. We'll see!
The access point for the dlc is most likely that broken stargazer or some other thing in the base game. The Wizard of Oz teaser takes place after the base game is over. I do not know how the DLC could be the Wizard of Oz stuff. Also, none of the teaser images we have look anything like the Wizard of Oz. I think it is safe to assume that is being saved for the sequel.
I'm someone who usually don't care much for DLCs but I'm definitely not passing up on this one. Lies of P was just that much of a banger!

judging by artwork january/february is most likely, it was probably meant to launch in december originally

DLC will most likely be about some other winter fairytale, since we're headed to colder regions of the map. Oz is confirmed to be for the sequel.
