The charred one sounds great. Though I think they missed an opportunity to have Nick breath cigar smoke into the barrels to really bring it home.

Glad you enjoyed them. The charred oak is my favorite of the two, but like you said, the rum isn't bad by any means. It just doesn't do anything new but it is a fine pour.

I’d like to try the chard oak one I enjoy the 16 year it’s about as peated I go so far. I’m not a rum finished guy really didn’t like the Angle Envy rye rum finished at all. Enjoy!!

I saw posts about the rum one recently around me. I’m not usually into scotch so I didn’t pull the trigger. Sounds interesting though
