- Starlight Blackberry Flavored Whiskey has some great applications as a mixing component and my wife is going to prove it!
Wildberry Sour Recipe:
- 1.5 oz Starlight Blackberry Whiskey
- 1 oz Blueberry Liqueur
- 1 oz Strawberry Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup (1:1)

The thing with them though, is if the particular finished whiskey is a miss, you aren't out $100+ unlike Nulu. Most of the Starlight finished whiskies I've had have been between $55-$75.

Omg this is my wife's favorite also lol, I call it the gateway to real whiskey, keep drinking it and eventually the good stuff starts to not taste so bad as you acclimate to the proof. You can get this at Seelbach's all day long most the time and we have it on the shelves here as well.

My local liquor shop has been an advocate of starlight blackberry for a while now. Way better than the crown! Actual blackberry juice, no artifical sweeteners and junk, family owned. And actual 40%+ abv.... also it is also thr only one my gf will drink, we make whiskey sours with it
I love making cocktails for the family. That one sounds good. Maybe I’ll see if my wife would drink that. She doesn’t like whiskey drinks either. She always goes for rum or vodka cocktails.

I’m glad you got the medicine note, I definitely got that on the palette as well. I found a very mild oak on the finish but that was all.

They put actual blackberry in this right? So it’s not a finished whiskey, it’s straight up flavored whiskey right? I remember they did that with something, either this or the blueberry?
