She didn’t eat or threw up (she always wears baggy clothes to cover this). He went back to drinking and unhealthy habits. The caption was something like both ends of the extreme or something. They were both unhappy. Probably for awhile. Their UA-cam channel most likely kept them going. I don’t really know their faith but I think it’s pretty faithful in its belief in marriage. No divorce.
