She told us she quit her salon job 2 years ago, became freelancer spanist and travelled to Europe. in Europe she met so many inspiring people and different life styles that made her become independent and lead to opening her own head spa. Actually salon is even more beautiful in person, camera can't capture the exact atmosphere. Still at the beginning but I love how she doesn’t just jump right in with the massage. She has the towel and is rubbing to warm up the muscles. It’s like before ballet class, I would often rub my more sensitive muscles to warm them up before I actually started to stretch and do warm ups. It reduces shock to the muscles and makes injury less likely. Even using the towel, brilliant since it helps trap body heat. This therapist has really spent a lot of time learning and thinking through all her procedures. She is worth a 3 month wait!

A detail that I really enjoyed is how she kept you informed for everything she did. She was an absolutely wonderful host who totally looks like she provided an amazing service, but above all else she made sure you were well aware of what she had planned, why is was beneficial and letting you know before she actually started giving you a massage or washing your hair. A little thing but a lovely thing nonetheless

Japanese is one of the fastest spoken languages. I’m sure it’s not her personality nor is she on a rush
It only sounds fast because many words seem to have more syllables, or are decorated with more honorifics (so it sounds like more is being said than actually is.) But she really does speak faster than normal. It was hard to keep up at times, as someone trying to understand without subtitles.
This girl must be the most relaxed person ever with the cleanest hair and scalp! Must be wonderful to do this for a living. Bliss.

I looked up Tansan, as I'm from the UK. I realised it's carbonated shampoo, or carbonate powder (for hair ofc). That's so good for your hair. Washing too much is damaging, treatments like Baking soda or anything that cleans dirt but leaves hair balanced is amazing. This lady knows a lot more than me but I'm impressed with her efficient natural treatments as well as her abilities. x

Right at the start I just knew this was gonna be one of the best experiences if not the best. The fact that she also sanitized her hands in fron tof the customer just shows the best of customer attendance and manners I've ever seen. She thoughtfully chose every detail. It is all about the customer's wellness and I am really impressed

Shes exceptionally professional and has soft/gentle voice and probably touch. I had to read the subtitles because I wouldn't know what she was saying other wise but I could listen to the sound of her voice for days. Soo soothing on the ears.
