Can we take a minute and talk about how she made an ENTIRE menu dedicated to English speakers to try and bridge the gaps in communication. Idk why but that speaks volumes to me about the quality of a business. I feel more predominately speaking English countries/ places should have menus of services available in other languages for non native speakers who have a hard time understanding,

The only reason you're getting Spanish is because you're neighboring a spanish-speaking country, Japan doesn't, neither do a lot of foreign countries. No need to be so rude about it, if a country offers services in a language you speak it's a FAVOR, they don't owe you anything.

@Natalie喝茶 The way you're loud and wrong and what you said is untrue. MOST English speaking countries only speak in and cater to English speakers. Learning other languages seriously is almost never mandatory. They may sometimes cater to Spanish and less so French for business purposes. Usually, its non-English speaking territories that makes accommodations for English speakers since it is the global business language. So why are you bashing Asian countries? And its also untrue, many Asian countries, including Japan, are making great efforts for their youth to learn English as it would give them more opportunities worldwide.
@@NatalieDrinksTeaok this comment is just a TAD angry. As an Australian born Asian I’ll tell you know - Western cultures do the bare minimum to support other languages. I’m multilingual and I recognise and understand how hard it must be for people who don’t understand the language. If you’re not gifted or talented in languages, it can be challenging.
You said the government does a lot- but watching children and their families migrate to my country- i’ve seen the education and the government system fail them and placing these families in an “english as a second language” and to be fair in my view stop children speaking their home languages at all costs- it is not just an isolated event but rather (Australia has deep seeded history issues with eradicating cultures/races).
To me, it seems that you’d prefer it if everyone spoke English. But the world is round, everyone is from all parts of the world. Learning a second language won’t hurt you. But also an asian country that chooses to speak a different language apart from English is OK and you should respect it - because that’s their culture. Just like we respect Western cultures no matter our indifferences.

This time it was a 210 minute massage. It takes 5 hours even with the same menu as Twix because I dry my hair and do counseling. The technician seems so nice, and has created a really comfy-looking atmosphere in the spa. And the preparation of an English menu to help foreign customers feel more at ease was clever and thoughtful!

I went to her back in March when I went to Japan! I booked her back in December! Honestly this was the best experience I’ve ever had and I will definitely always go back to her when I’m in Japan! It was the most relaxing time I’ve had!

I went to this headspa on my trip to japan in december thanks to your previous video and it was the most incredible experience!! I have extremely thick, long, curly hair and she spent extra time caring for it. Also she fit me in even with the huge wait list because I only had 3 days in tokyo. I couldn’t recommend Sakurako enough, what a lovely lady ❤️

My curls are much coilier and thicker than the girl in this video, do you think she would be able to handle my hair? When dry she couldn’t get that massaging comb through it without making tangles, it would be a little different then she’s used to being straight and wavy hair

One great thing I’ve gotten from your video, other than gua sha stones being great for skin care, is that a lot of the movements these specialists do for face massages for pain relief, I’ve trained myself to do during migraines and it helps a lot. Not quite the same as another person doing it for you, but it’s helped a lot!
I actually saw 3 different gua sha stones at my local grocery store in the beauty section yesterday. Had to do a double take. One was jade, and the other 2 were rose quartz and tiger's eye. Was tempted to get one, but am saving for things I do need, and I really don't suffer from the things mentioned, so I didn't get one. Still it was cool to see something like that here in my area (I live in Texas).
This would make my first trip to Japan the best experience ever, the way she does everything so peacefully an takes her time would make it a once in a lifetime opportunity!

That’s really cheap for the 5 hour treatment Twix got wow!! For this quality treatment and length in the U.S. it’d be closer to 1k or more

Wow did someone quote that this was over 5Hours?!?? This video made me search for a headspa near me in Miami . There is one (you, since a trip to Japan isn't in my budget, one day though). The one here in Miami is $100 for a 75minute scalp massage and hair treatment + a complimentary blowout which honestly I didn't think was too bad either

The hot stones are from Arizona and I'm watching this from Arizona. 🤩 Aside from that neat coincidence, this is by far my FAVORITE video! The variety of that menu was unique and the technique was great to watch. The pampering seemed to last forever and by the end I actually felt physically relaxed. So many tingles!!! Last, but definitely not least, the owner's personality was so genuine and down to earth. Her energy seemed like being around a close friend. She's clearly very artistic and extremely talented! She even knows how to style wavy hair. 🤯

She is great. She is literally a gem. The only think I don't like about this type of massage is the soft spoken,because in my case I fully relax only in perfect silence. But obviously this is only personal taste
I guess you didn't know this but therapists don't talk during session! They speak for my videos only🥰of course they ask you very quick questions and make sure you are comfortable

I love that she complimented your hair and scalp and that its getting healthier before the spa :) back then, if i go to certain salons just for a regular wash, cut and blow for maintenance, i get slightly panicked whenever they mentioned my scalp and hair is “not good” and would upsell their service. Scalp didnt really feel good after their service. Now, i only head to my regular salon who knows how to deal with my frizzy mane 😅😂

I had a Himalayan salt Stone Massage recently and it was the best massage I've ever had.
watching the massage sections made me realize how tense my shoulders and neck are 😅 hopefully someday i can experience something as lovely as this.
